Evan Shapiro,
Evan is a senior lawyer with over 13 years of experience. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Western University and an Honours Business Administration (HBA) from Ivey. Evan began his legal career as a commercial litigator, a foundation that continues to inform his strategic, risk-aware approach to complex transactions. He has developed deep expertise in real estate, corporate, and commercial law. Clients value Evan's technical expertise, sound judgment, and ability to translate complex legal and business issues into clear actionable advice.
Azin Isabelle Mousavi,
Azin holds an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School, an LLB from the University of Leicester, and a BA in Law and Society from York University. She takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach, with an emphasis on clear communication, collaboration, and strategic planning to achieve results aligned with client goals. Her practice focuses on negotiations, residential and commercial real estate, and corporate matters, including transactions, leasing, lending, business acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial agreements.
