The summer of 2015 will be the best one ever for scores of children with neurological conditions thanks to the support of Members who turned out for a hugely successful TREB FEST networking event on April 29.
The event, which took place at the CUBE nightclub on Queen Street West, featured door prizes, a silent auction, an amazing DJ and dancing, and a range of speciality entertainment such as an astrologer, a handwriting analyst, and a henna artist.
In total, more than 300 Greater Toronto REALTORS® took part in the event and in doing so, raised more than $ 8,000 for Camp Winston. A registered charitable organization, Camp Winston provides recreational opportunities in a beautiful Muskoka setting for children with neurological conditions such as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity and Tourette’s Disorder.
Camp Winston will be included as a tradeshow exhibitor at TREB’s upcoming REALTOR® QUEST conference May 6th and 7th at the Toronto Congress Centre, and as the President’s chosen charity for the 2014/2015 term, it will also be the recipient of proceeds from REALTOR® QUEST’s silent auction.
