Barbara has been called a Real Estate Encyclopedia, a passionate leader, and a force of nature.

Her career began in 1987, working in administration for a large real estate office in Mississauga. She learned every aspect of the business before becoming a Realtor®. Her 20 years as a successful broker and team leader in the RE/MAX network combined with her pursuits and accomplishments as a trainer & coach with the National Association of Realtors®, provided her with a strong foundation to expand her reach within the industry.

For the past 10 years, she has been involved in a leadership role for one of the largest RE/MAX Franchises in the world. Her roles have included Manager, Broker of Record, VP of Career Development and most recently she was promoted to Vice President of Business Strategy for RE/MAX Hallmark Group of Companies.
