We show REALTORS®️ how to access Assessment, Site, Structural, Sales, and the Data licensed by their Real Estate Board. We will also introduce and demo our MPAC propertylineTM platform and our Automated Valuation Model (AVM) Reports that have been customized for REALTORS®️. These Reports produce real-time market value estimates and are great for listing presentations and for a second opinion of value.

Marc joined MPAC in 1996 and throughout his career, has held numerous positions within Valuation and Customer Relations. In 2016, he transitioned into the Business Development team, with a focus on providing education and enhanced services to real estate professionals. He is also an accredited member of the Institute of Municipal Assessors and holds an M.I.M.A. designation.
