JP Dagher - Business Development Manager

Jeanpierre Dagher is a mortgage industry professional with over 15 years of experience spanning, Banks, brokerages, underwriting, and business development. He began his career as a mortgage agent in 2010, where he built a strong reputation for structuring deals and advising clients through a wide range of financing scenarios.

He later moved into underwriting with First National, gaining deep expertise in credit risk and complex file analysis before returning to the broker channel to combine front-line insight with underwriting precision.

Today, Jeanpierre serves as a Business Development Manager at Home Trust, where he partners closely with brokers and internal teams to navigate challenging deals, build confidence, and create practical lending solutions for his broker partners.
