About The Speakers:
Mani Yeganegi, M.Arch/OAA
President of Hirman Architects Inc.
Is Founder & Senior Architect who brings more than 20 years of experience in various fields of design to the firm. From huge public projects to private Residential Ones, his valuable experience leads to creative and reasonable design solutions. He has a Master of Architecture from Shahid Beheshti University in Iran(SBU).
Thanks to our collaboration with experts in different architectural areas, with international training and work experience in prestigious studios, we have achieved optimal design and construction management.
Based on this solidly made structure, in which everyone contributes an essential something to the project, Hirman Architects inc. was built and, after a few years, we became what we are today. We are an international design {rm providing comprehensive services in Architecture, Planning, Urban Design, Design Research, and Consulting. Integration of skills allows the creation of spaces that provide lasting value for clients through distinctive and imaginative solutions. We make use of our architectural, artistic, and sustainable background to achieve this goal.

Jonathan Benczkowski, RPP, MCIP
Registered Professional Planner with Sol-Arch
I am a land use planning consultant at Sol-Arch, with over 15 years of experience in a variety of planning matters. Since 2005, I have been responsible for all of Sol-Arch’s planning work, including many consent and minor variance matters. I have a degree in Urban, Economic, and Social Geography from the University of Toronto, and I am a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (RPP) and the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP).
I have been qualified by the Ontario Municipal Board (Local Planning Appeal Tribunal) as well as the Toronto Local Appeal Body as an expert to provide opinion evidence on land use planning matters.
I take a different approach to Urban Planning and Development. My family business involves private residential townhomes as well as apartment/condo developments. Having been involved in the private side of development for some time I take a different approach to land use planning than most professional planners. I believe that the feasibility and the sell ability of the project are the most important. I take a very hands approach to the pre-development and site layout aspects of the proposal.
